Mandi has been an integral part of Kensington Bank’s growth since joining the team in 2004. Over the years, she has witnessed the banking industry evolve and has consistently adapted to its changes.

Throughout her time at Kensington Bank, Mandi has taken on a variety of roles – from starting as a Teller to working in areas such as Compliance, BSA, Credit Administration, and more. Her wide range of experience reflects the institution’s commitment to supporting employee growth.

Mandi is a valued member of several committees, including Leadership, ALCO, IT, Audit, and Vendor Management, where she plays an active role in guiding strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, being outdoors, and watching her kids’ sporting events.
