Bio

Morgan, a Clara City native, joined Kensington Bank in 2023 as a Relationship Banker. Since then, she has been promoted to Relationship Banking Supervisor, where she oversees frontline operations and helps ensure exceptional customer service.

Morgan values the collaborative culture at Kensington Bank, appreciating the way coworkers support one another to achieve shared goals. She also plays an active role in fostering a positive workplace environment through her involvement with the Willmar Fun Committee.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. During the summer months, she can often be found at the lake or fitting in a quick game of pickleball.
