Meet Russ! Russ recently joined Kensington Bank as an Agricultural Banker, bringing with him more than 20 years of industry experience.

In 2020, Russ, his wife Katie, and their son Hank moved to the Dassel area, Katie’s hometown, and have enjoyed becoming active members of the community.

Earning the trust of coworkers and customers is central to Russ’s approach and reflects the spirit of #KensingtonCares. Since joining Kensington Bank, he has appreciated the welcoming culture and strong family-like atmosphere that make the organization unique.

Although relatively new to the area, Russ is becoming increasingly involved in church activities and local community events.

Beyond work, he enjoys listening to classic country music and spending summer weekends at the family cabin. He also stays busy cheering on Hank at sports practices and games throughout the year.
